Cutter DCS 3500 Deployment at KSA |
Our senior Engineer Mr. Moin commissioned 1st ever DCS 3500
Automatic cutting machine from Gerber Technology. Our client M/s Al
Mutlaq Furniture is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and is the biggest
manufacturer of furniture in the region. Mr. Michel Ayoub (General
Manager) inaugurated the machine and appreciated the services
rendered by Al Borj Machinery, UAE.

Seminar on Production Control System |
Al Borj Machinery and Juki Corporation, Japan conducted 2-Days
seminar on Production Control Tools for Garment Industry at Al Borj
Sharjah on 10th - 11th April, 2007. Seminar was inaugurated by Mr.
Kumagai Toshihiko (G.M. Juki Middle East) in presence of Mr.
Iskander Sultan Khwaja (M.D. Al Borj) and participants of seminar.
Mr. Tsychiya Takao was the speaker of seminar, he gave easy
demonstration on subject. At the end of the seminar participants
awarded by the certificates.

Cutter DC S2500 Deployment at Mister Shade, Sharjah, UAE |
This live event was held at 22nd - 23rd April 2007 with our client
Mister Shade Trading Co. They are the 1st user of such machine in
UAE for cutting tents & awnings panels of PVC, PTFE materials. The
event was huge success and we were joined by our guest from various
industrial sectors like fashion and tailoring, furniture upholstery,
aircraft & automotive interiors.

region on 26th & 27th of March 2007, with cooperation of Our
Principle “Meca” and our valuable customer Embee Garments exhibition
was successful. We highly appreciate their support and time provided

visited UAE from 24th April to 26th April, 2007 and visited many

We are pleased to
introduce the new 50 head Embroidery machine From Barudan. With an
Embroidery area of (1200 X 160.4 / 350mm) the machine is the most
versatile solution for traditional Textile Embroidery, Home textile
Industry & local dress Embroidery and Lace Embroidery.
The machine has the traditional flexibility of a multi head machine
but capacity to exceed the Schiffli machine capabilities. The
machines has following “unrivalled” features.
- Continuous design Embroidery of 8.12 and 10.825 meters
- Machine with 2 control box and 2 drive motors to provide
smooth and
efficient pantograph operation.
- Automatic lubrication, included s standard option.

Mr. Tomihisa Kodaira (Senior Director) and Mr. Masahiro Higuchi
(Senior Export Manager)of Organ Needle, Japan has been visited Al
Borj Machinery in February 2007. They had detailed discussion with
the Management and finalized few deals to strengthen the ties
between the two partners.

The machine
demonstrates sewing capabilities best suited for sewing car seats of
light- to heavy-weight materials without using any additional
devices. The LU-1510NA-7 is able to consistently sew
adequately-tensed stitches with a needle-thread tension that is
“25%” lower than that of the conventional models.
Responsiveness to broader range of materials.
Prevents fabric yarn breakage when using thin needle.
Can perform low tension sewing, where less of a load is applied to
the material.
