25th Year Celebration - Success Story PDF Print E-mail

Al Borj Machinery LLC celebrated its 25th year anniversary with great pomp & fanfare at Jumeira Emirates Tower Hotel on 23rd April 2012. Over 400 guests including customers, suppliers, business groups, bank officials, diplomats and Government officials graced the occasion with their presence.

  • Al Borj exhibited more than 23 different machines, software and automation solutions for computerized embroidery, tailoring, apparel manufacturing, textile printing and technical textile applications in this one of kind event.
  • H.H. Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum inaugurated the machine exhibition and took keen interest in the event. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Midfa, Chairman Sharjah Chamber of Commerce was the Guest of Honor. Mr. Tariq Iqbal Somro, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai and Mr. Kees V.A. van Spronsen, Consul General of The Kingdom of the Netherland in Dubai were among the other several VIP guests. 

  • The event was fully covered by media including Newspapers, Radio, Internet and TV Channels. In Initial speech Al Borj Senior Director Mr. Asif Ali Rashid spoke about history of Al Borj and its achievements till now. Later Managing Director Mr. Iskander Sultan Khwaja shared company vision and future plans.
  • All of Al Borj Business partners from USA, Japan, Europe and Singapore present at occasion, they are awarded with special shield in recognition of their continuous support to Al Borj. This celebration was followed by Grand Buffet dinner and lucky draws where 18 different prizes were distributed to guests, gifts including Notebooks, Juki Domestic Sewing Machines, Sam Jin Steam Irons, Digital Camera and special Wilcom embroidery software. 
  • All in all it was a very happy, festive celebration party and even Almighty Allah shows its blessing with rare rain shower on the occasion we are thankful to all who have made our 25th anniversary special and successful!!!!
