Hashima HN-770G is a Conveyor Type Needle Detector.

  • DIGITAL PROCESSING

Our older needle detectors perform signal as analog circuit. A newly designed digital PC board has enabled reduction of magnetic disturbance and increased the stability of needle detecting performance by the digital processing.

  • LARGE-SIZED LCD

The blue LCD has improved the visibility and operatively, compared to our previous models. This has enabled various settings such as the sensitivity, language mode and etc., and can be showing current condition of the machine on the display too. 

  • PRECISE SENSITIVITY ADJUSTMENT

Increased sensitivity steps from 10 to 101. So, the best sensitivity can be set for respective garments.

  • LOW SPEED MODE (Additional function)

By lowering conveyor belt speed, accessories which are unstable quality can be inspected without causing wrong detection with high sensitivity.(* vary among different accessories) 

  • RESTART FUNCTION

Equipped with a restart function which is convenient for “9 POINTS TEST” before operation. The conveyor belt restarts at regular interval without pressing the start button after detection. This makes the operation smooth.

  • FOOT SWITCH

Equipped with a foot switch as standard equipment. It is useful for starting the conveyor belt without using hand. 

  • MACHINE OPERATION HISTORY

Equipped with a large capacity memory, enabled the machine operation history to be recorded (up to 800cases).Utilizing the history, it is possible to manage the needle detection operation.
